Privacy Policy

1. Controller

There is no statutory obligation to appoint a data protection officer.

2. In short

This website is a plain information site. It sets no cookies, embeds no external services and does not analyse visitor behaviour. The only data collected is what the web server has to process anyway in order to deliver the page.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; represented in the EU by Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich). Cloudflare processes the data as a processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

When a page is requested, the following access data is processed:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of the request
• the address requested and the amount of data transferred
• the server’s status response
• browser type and operating system (user agent), where transmitted
• the previously visited page (referrer), where transmitted

The purpose is delivering the page, keeping operations secure and fending off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). The data is kept only briefly, usually a few days, and then deleted automatically. It is never combined with other data or evaluated for analytics.

Cloudflare runs a worldwide server network, so processing may also take place outside the EU. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR are in place as an additional safeguard.

4. No cookies, no tracking, no external resources

No cookies are set and no local storage is used. No analytics, advertising or social media services run here, and no JavaScript either. Every resource, including the Space Grotesk typeface, is served from our own server and never loaded from third parties, so no connection to Google Fonts is created. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and there is no cookie banner.

5. Getting in touch by email

If you write to info@mucode.de, your sender address and the content of your message are processed in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The address is forwarded to a private mailbox via Cloudflare Email Routing (processor, see section 3). Messages are deleted once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. External links

This website links to external offerings such as joinbubbles.app. Those links are only followed when you click them; simply viewing this page causes no automatic data transfer. The privacy policy of the linked site applies to any processing there.
